If it all goes wrong though I've seen some truely horrible orange peel paint finishes using cheap 2k paint rescued by 1000 grit wet and dry and some time spent with polishing compound and a mop.

Recently had to paint a shed load of our kit to tidy it all up. I found a deal on fleabay for some 2k with all the other crap that goes with it for about £25 a litre. I bought about 3 gallons of it, the painter phoned and asked where i got as it was the worst paint he had ever used, he threw the towel in and went and got some decent stuff. You only get what you pay for.
