If you are using the MT75 box, then check the info in the announcement section which gives the dimensions of the chassis when installing a MT75 box,

As for TR5..... it all depends on which engine you are using, the "Book" has been written around installing a Pinto engine, so TR5 fits no prob, but if installing any other engine TR5 tends to get in the way,
some builders don,t install TR5 at all & put extra corner braces between TR1 to TR8 & TR2 to TR8.
