I reckon if it was £100 quid or something then yes it would be worth a shot but that's hell of a lot of money for what is essentially scrap. Is it anywhere near the correct dimensions in the first place ?
I for one though would definitely be interested in an enclosed front end (providing it doesn't look like a Dutton
). There was a guy doing one on Locostbuilders that showed great promise but unfortunately fell through.
