Default building over xmas

Just a quick question about roadster building over the christmas period. How many days or hours would be considered polite to put up with the family untill you (alright ME) gets bored and decides that a few hours building (playing with my new toys!) in the workshop would'nt hurt too much?

Offer to wash & dry the dishes on christmas day ............That should buy some build time

Feet up Christmas day & Boxing day then spend the rest of your festive break on the build

Christmass before last I was given a Pass to walk home and get on with whatever...

I decided to seal up the leakey exhaust on our mondeo.

somehow i managed to flick, 3ft sideways, a blobe of fire gum. right at my eye.

It was a bit painful but I rinsed my eye and then finished up...

And then waited in pain for a while until the wife arrived to take me to caualty as it had gone all swolen and puffy!!!

Ply them with Sherry, put on the two ronnies and slink out the door for a few hours.

TT
