Anti - corrosion for internal of RHS chassis members?
Whats the general consensus?
I was thinking either injecting something like waxoyl into the chassis once finished. Or expanding foam? Or is it worth bothering? I was thinking to avoid any rattles etc from inside the chassis. What do the likes of caterham/westfield etc do? Im maybe overthinking, but its a sat night and im stuck in! lol cheers,

I dont think expanding foam will do anything.
Try something like this; http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/onl...56#Description |

Been mentioned before and opinion is that there is very little rust on the inside of the welded tubes as there is no ingress of moisture,a squirt of waxoil or wd40 would not go a miss in the open ends.
