Any body want to know why you need spacers? The book says the top part of the front frame is 630mm on the tube listing and 627mm on the tech drawing, cut to 627mm. Instead of notching the tube and bending it, cut through it. when you make the front jig put two blocks either side of the lower part of the frame to hold it SQUARE to the base.The top small part of the dog leg weld square to the top rail. The lower section weld square to the build board. It'll look twisted but it works.
