Default Wishbone bushes

I recently bought my wishbone bushes and as I began fitting them I found that some could be inserted with light finger pressure and can be rotated in the bush tube. I checked the bore size of the bush tube and it's to the book spec. Previous posting have talked about having to use a vice to "pursuade" the bushes into the tube. I suspect the ideal lies somewhere in the middle, I had been expecting an interferance fit so that the bushes "turn" around the crush tube. What's my solution? should I
* glue them in
* Leave them and they'll be alright
* Ask the supplier to exchange them
