Default Topping up oil levels in gearbox and diff

Hi,
I've been cleaning and repainting my gearbox and my differential. During the process, because of moving the parts all the ways around, up side down, etc., I have lost some oil. I would like to top up the oil levels (I bought the right oil for the gearbox, and the right one for the diff too), but before doing it, I would like to be sure of what I'm doing because the service and repair manuals I have are not very specific about that, especially when it comes to the MT75.

So, could you first please confirm me that the plugs marked with the arrows are the filling holes.

Secondly, to top up the oil level, I think I have to refill until the level reaches the lower edge of the filling hole, in both the gearbox and diff. Is that correct?

I'm planning t use a syringe with a piece of hose to refill them progressively, but perhaps some of you have better tips for me ?

Again, thanks again by advance for the advices.
