hi, and thanks im in the middle of making them and have made the bit that holds the bearing carrier from the original bit cut from the sierra wishbone,
I set it up on the lathe and have turned a 90mm spigot on it which wil rotate in the collar that goes in the tube. im going to set it up on the chassis and swivel it about so it looks the best I have done this as i remember it being an issue but couldnt remember the outcome ill put up some pics of the upright components if anyone wants to see them Ray |

also been playing with the caliper orientation and its looking like 45 degrees rearward from vertical should be good Ray |

Have a look at that. It also depends on wheel size for clearance on the lower wishbone bolt,check were the handbrake cable will be routed and for fouling things and obviously easy operation of the handbrake. The calipers in the picture are from an Audi TT rear. |
