![]() Hi,I´m building a lefthand drive & have just putt in the motor , I was worryed that the motor mounts would be in the way of the steering column & I was right but a broblem i didnt see comming was that the fuel pump thingy is on that side too

![]() Change the fuel pump to an electric unit, put it in the boot, and modify the engine mount to provide clearance, or make a new one, or change the run of the steering column if you can't change the engine mount.

![]() because im tall i ran my steering column over the top of the pedal box instead of through it, caused me a world of problems with the alternator but might help you with your problem, and also drops the steering wheel angle a bit which is nice
