Default Couple of pics from CKC trackday

Hi guys, here's a couple of pics from the recent track day at Llandow, hosted by CKC magazine and Omex technologies. Pictures were taken by Ian Stent of CKC.

Here's me getting chased down by a very quick Westfield ZEi

Squatting down under hard acceleration in 2nd gear.

I'll add some more pics as I get them...

Doesn't look like it handles very well and may benefit from corner weighting etc..

This was the first time it had ever turned a wheel so absolutley nothing had been set up - even so, it handles quite well, but there's always room for improvement.

Looks to me like the front end needs setting up as it's going into mega positive camber, under steering a tad.
Also the way it's sat right down at the back the wheel must all be rubbing on the arch?

Well done on getting it on the Track Sam, looks great fun...

We'll be doing the same tomorrow and racing at Cadwell Park on Sunday if anybody is about.

Yeah I'll wind the top of the wishbones in a bit to sort out the camber, I need to clear the garage out a bit to make enough room to set it up properly.

The rear's don't hit the arches, they're close, but no rubbage. I'll stiffen the shocks up and raise the ride a little, but I already have 400lb springs on there. The rear end is quite heavy due to the BMW rear axle assembly being fitted.

All in all I'm still grinning from geting it out for the first time.
