Where there is a will!!. This guy has taken an sfi steel bellhousing and is having it made as a multifit for vw ect to the T5 borg warner.

I do wonder if that porch torque tube and transaxle could prove to be a winning idea.....
924's are cheaper than chips if out of MOT.. TT

Its great but its basically an audi transaxle with a tube bolted to the front, there would be no where between the seats to get the bell housing in if you try and keep driveshaft centerline right. I suppose you could trim all the bellhousing off and just run a prop to the input shaft.

Alpha x, Geert in holland had an adapter plate for the type 9 and there is a pic on the forum somewhere.
He is no longer on the forum and has not been for a while.
