Default Fuel Filler Cap

I am on the look out for a fuel filler cap for my build. If I am not using a cat on my build do I need to use an unleaded insert? I have found a nice one on ebay from Rally Design but it hasn't got an insert and they dont sell one.

Saturn MX5 Based Chassis, Limited Slip Diff & 2.4 Quick Rack.

Build cost.... seems to be spending more on tools than car bits at the moment! (they will be handy in the future though).
Car iva'd and passed 15/08/2014. Finished weight 572kg.

No you don't need an unleaded insert.
I believe that was a requirement for SVA and has never been needed for IVA.
