Yeh, exhaust porn - its just wrong lol!

I still want this little tinker back on mine even though it melted my arch. Just need to trim the link pipe and make a new bracket. In fact, I could kill two birds with one stone - trip to Tillys and let him show off his exhaust skills sorting mine!

that looks beautiful tim, might be a case of shortening the front section to move it away from the arch to prevent more melting

You beat me to it HAndy, that exhaust is one sweet bit of kit. Is it a Zetec engine? I did my exhaust on the cheap but i now have a free-flowing exhaust but butchered from an ST170 zetec so still done on the cheap, £100.

The only thing is you have to cover it all for the IVA now, but it may just fall off shortly afterwards....

Yeh, only a couple of inches off the link pipe and it should be fine. Then either relocate the exisiting bracket or make a new one.

Shiney!!

Thanks Spud, it is a honda super blackbird engine, would have been nice to do that one on the cheep i wont admit how much it cost me to do that incase the boss/missus finds out,

When you have to say i have to cover it, is that just the cans or does that include the entire manifold???

Couldn't see from the low res pic, my next car will be bike engine. They sound the business round the track.

From what i've read it is any external hot surfaces that can be touched by public, people have used exhaust wrap tape that can look permanent but obviously will not be. Not cheap though.

Worth checking out.....AndyH
