TT......... I have some more pics from today, would you like me to post another showing the cockpit?

I,ll be totally honest & say that i really did want the Triton seats but funds have been "redirected" elsewhere lately so these seats were available at what i could afford at the time, when my car is finished & maybe in winter lay-up I may still buy some Triton seats ( could be my xmas prezzie )

cheers
andy

here,s a couple more photos from today...
I,ve been asked about the difference regarding the "book spec" rear tub frame & the GRP rear frame............so in one of the pics is my car showing the FINISHED framework for the GRP tub i,ll be fitting, tho please be aware that i haven,t fitted the rear brace bars or crossbrace to my roll bar yet in the photo, but they have no affect of the way the GRP frame is on the chassis. .....hope this helps.

Also is a photo of the cockpit.

cheers
andy

Glad the pics helped,

As for the tank, the rail that the tank sits on is a 25mm box tube & at average bumper height, as most "7" style cars have a similar arrangement.
Tho I suppose if it worries you there is nothing stopping you building a "cage" around the tank from the bottom rail to perhaps the diff cage area.

cheers

If you are worried about the tank being a bit exposed.....drive faster so nowt can spank you from behind.. Or to kep plod happy use a foam filled tank to stop it going pooomtang, but fast is more fun
