Default CVH Engine Mounts

Hi guys, I'm looking to order some steel to make the alternative engine mounts shown in the book for my CVH but forgot to bring my book into work with me. Does anyone know roughly how much 5mm plate they used to make the plate that bolts onto the engine? Also is the plate that gets welded onto the chassis rails made out of 5mm plate too and if so any idea of the dimension of those? Then for the 30mm x 30mm x 3mm box section any idea of something like 1m will be enough or too much? Was also thinking of buying 5mm plate to make my pedals out of as some people seem to have bent theirs too easily when made out of 3mm plate so does anyone also have the rough sizes of the pedals? Thanks!
