Default Steering Wheel

I've been looking on ebay at getting a different steering wheel. Just wondered if anybody knows whether a standard steering wheel from a fiesta / escort etc will fit the sierra column.

Some of the ones from the sporty models look a lot better than the sierra item, and I would have thought they are a smaller diameter as well.

Cheers

Gus

Best bet is to cross reference the after market BOSS kits. If they fit Escort & Sierra then the original wheel should fit too.

I think Escort ones ( MK3/4 at least ) should be fine.

Remember, if you go smaller, you exempt region at IVA is smaller on the dash.

Hi Gus,
I,ve purchased a steering wheel Boss from ebay ( same as RD version ) only cost £10 & have bought a suede "D" shaped wheel from Rally Design, so all ready to swap as soon as IVA is passed, I chose the D shaped wheel as it gives a bit more room for getting into the car , & it has the horn in center too.

cheers
andy
