Time lapse vidéo
Hi !
I had installed a time lapse camera in a corner of my garage in February, and videoed all the assembling of the Roadster. 7 months and 450 hours of work in 5 minutes. It is now on youtube. Caution, it is quick http://youtu.be/1qpJVVAXhIs

Awesome work, hoping to do something similar when I get started.
What camera did you use and how many frames did you shoot? |

Thanks for the comments
Yes, only watching it is exhausting ! The camera is a Brinno TLC200, quite cheap 2dn hand. The setting, when shooting, is 1 frame every 10 seconds, the camera makes a movie at a frame rate of 25 fps from this. But at the end I had 2.5 hours of video! So I edited easily with Windows Movie Maker, nothing fancy, and increased the speed of most of the sequences x 64 to get a 5 minutes movie Thanks!

Yes, and you know how easyly electronic devices can be damaged in a workshop with metal saw dust and other kinds of crap.
I would definitely not put a fancy camera in there for 6 months, and a cheap 2nd hand Brinno or equivalent is exactly designed to make time lapse movies, without intervalometer or need to edit afterwards. Also, a time lapse camera has to be always exactly at the same place, which means leaving it on site 24/24-7/7, so better not use a camera you might need for something else
