I've nothing to hide it's £100 via paypal by mid day monday so I can get the materials ordered and hopefully get it delivered for wednesday. All being fine and dandy you can either collect it at the weekend of the 7th-8th with the balance in cash or TNT will deliver wednesday after the other £165 has been paid via paypal.

I don't know if they do flat pack but if you see anything by a guy going by the name rouge engineering do not be tempted, he does advertise on ebay and thats where I had the misfortune to come across him.
I paid him straight away but it took an age to get my bits and a threat of paypal, the forums and bodily harm before i got what i paid for

Another option is to buy your steel from the stockists, get a 4.5 inch grinder, with one of those wafer thin steel cutting discs. They cost a quid each, and are brilliant ! Failing that, rent a chop saw from your local tool hire store for the weekend, and crack on. My local tool hire shop wants £25 all in, from 8am Saturday, until 8am Monday. You can have a few frothy bevies while you are doing it, get the misses to pop the barby on as well. Lovely.

Although I bought my chassis ready made cheap.

If i was starting again I would go with a flat pac. less danger to health, less chance of getting pi...ed off , no saw or saw hire to pay.. etc.
