Handy has been of the radar for quite a while after his mum passes away.

Phil will do you a kit though,

Handyandy not been active on here for over a year and was selling his car but dont know if he ever sold it so as far as I know you only its only talon thats doing them now an sure he will be along soon to give you all the prices and what not but if memory serves I think they start at £225 plus plate kit

I dont know if he supplies front frame fully welded but as long as you get the jig right these are not too hard to make yourself

Hope this helps

Good luck with your build

Phil made me a front frame, not sure if its part of his flat pack though.

The material he uses is good too, nice and square not the sloped shoulder stuff that makes measuring that bit harder

Tube only flat packs which include all the 25x25 and 20x20 in 1.5mm walled ERW is all pre cut on a cold saw and profiled on a milling machine this is £225
Postage for the flat pack is £40 via TNT please bare in mind it weighs 50kg plus.

I can weld the front frame together it's not a problem although it will be another £5 as it has to be sent in separate package.

Complete CNC cut chassis plate kits can be brought from Gillham online.

I've got two other flat packs to do so if I set the saw and mill up for it a cut it makes sense to run half a dozen off at the same time, lead time on a flat pack is currently 10 days to 6 months.

dont start cutting till you have asked me. so if you get to 5 and need another I will make number 6 just raid kids piggy banks whats the deposit to get on the list?

I am guessing reading other posts you will need at least the money to buy materials to cover your costs. pm me if its better.
