Default Sohc/dohc Ecu

Do you guys know if I can use the ECU from my donor car (2.0i DOHC) with the extra engine I have (2.0i SOHC) if I finally wan to fit this last one in the Roadster?
If I can, would it be a mess to plug the SOHC to the DOCH wiring loom?
Thank you.

the twincam uses a crank position sensor, the pinto uses a hall efect in the dizzy. So the timing signals are probably totaly wrong.

Thank you TT, yes, you confirm other informations I gathered from other places. So if I wan to use my SOHC EFI, I'll need to buy a ECU and the engine wiring loom... not cheap, and easy to find, especially the loom...
Thank you for the answer.
