Exclamation Replacement CV joints?

Hi all, has anyone replaced the back axle cv joints? Couple of my boots are split and the joints don't feel too smooth so I was going to replace them all. I have a disc rear end, bolt on type from a J plate. Does an abs model have wiring at the callipers?? Not sure if mine is or not. My local car place only lists abs model. There is toothing round the stub shaft ends.
Many thanks

If the joints are similar as I think they are to VW golf's they are no big deal to replace as they are held on with a circlip.
