Default Electric Power?

Has anyone tried to build using an electric motor yet?
What implications would there be for the IVA test with electric power?

i would of thought the answer would be quite involved.. Best digesting the iva manual.. Westfield have an electric car prototype now..

should have watched quest boat yard last night put a electric motor 48 bhp in a boat but fit two of them in a roadster computer controlled too decent power but till the batterys run out he he sports cars need petrol power dont they!!!!
