Default quick double check.

Front frame should be tacked together as per page 36 and not fully welded until the whole chassis has been built correct?

Probaly wise to just leave it, well tacked .................It'll be a lot easier if for any reason that you find it needs any adjustment when you fit up the top rails.

Mind you, I did TIG weld mine up before it was fitted ........... In my defence, it was dimensionaly accurate after the third attempt of making the front frame

Check that the suspension bracket mounts on the front frame are the right distance apart.
