Will these wheels fit?

Would these wheels fit? here are the specs, planning on running them with 40's low profile tyre, comments appreciated as always:-

rim dia 16"
rim width 7.5J
offset 38
108 PCD
4 stud

Generaly considered a bit to much rubber and not enough sidewall for a light 7 style car, that said a mate of mine has 245-45-16's on a Robin Hood 2b

Sounds like the ones i have, mine are 16" 205/55 et 40 & came frome a mondeo & have 4x108 .they work just fine with the sierra parts.
