Interesting.... Looking good. Will need to find some arches that will fit 225/45/18 on front and 275/45/18 on rear. Think this is something you can do? Heh

Ive abandoned trying to do the aeroscreen, as its damn near impossible to push the fabric into the tight angle at the bottom, without distorting the weave too much, and the vac bag doesnt pull in tight enough either, so il have to make a new mould to do the aeroscreen. That might be one for the mx5 build later on.

Ive got dashboards and cycle wings down to a fine art now though. The edges of the dash and cycle wings can be done in any color. I really wanted to try some side panels for my own car, but iv been too wimpy about wasting expensive cloth and epoxy!, just in case i bugger it up, but im gonna give it a go now iv been commissioned to make a set for the teamtrain car.

Heres a couple of pics of the dash and cycle wings, iv now worked out how to effectively mask the gel, so i can put in any sort of pattern/striping.

They do look great, saw them on eBay a couple of weeks ago.
It's nice to see that they are slightly different with the coloured gel.

When you add the cycle wings to your NTS web site i will order them and the diffuser at the same time.

It would be good if you did a flat panel, so we could use it to cover the top of the boot area to.

Regards
Terry

I put them in the store section under carbon products the other day. Flat panel is a good idea as a tub cover. Im gonna do some tommorow as im taking the day off, just need to see if they will fit in the oven.
