Default spring rates

Hi,

are anybody running a haynes as a dedicated track car?
mine will only be used on track so what spring rates would people suggest?
i need to buy them this week.
it has a nissan s13 engine fitted

Fairly sure 350 front 250 rear as supplied for the Teamtrain/Saturn Roadster Race car I am building.

Zetec,Quaife box and diff.

The ones on Rally Designs are 75lbs less front and rear... Are these any use for the road??
