Default How to fill a steering rack?

Hi,
I have to fill my steering rack with grease now. But I've never done that before in my life, and I have no idea how to proceed. I have a 200g tube of steering grease, but how to fill the rack?

I looked for tips on the Internet, but I couldn't find anything really explicit.

How do I know I put too much or not enough grease? Is it supposed to be only grease and no air inside, or it does not matter?

If you have tips for me, you're more than welcome to share them with the newbie I am

Thanks in advance.
