Default Fitting Piston Rings

I have now got my piston rings, which way up do they go.

The top ring has no markings, but the middle ring has a small punch mark one side and the other side has a chamfered on the inner edge.

Hi,Most ring sets normaly have fitting instructions with them ,but Dot to top,Dont forget to clean carbon out of grooves with a broken old ring, and check ring end gap, 3 thou per inch dia of bore.Sit ring in least worn part of bore and measure with suitable size feeler guage before fitting to piston.
