Default please show me your welds

hi everyone
im just wondering what the welds are supposed to look like when they are fully welded
esp the outside ones are they meant to be ground flat so when the side panels are on they fit nicely

if anyone has any nice close up shots of theirs can you please show me

thanks Andy

Just looking for some pics.
Don't think I've got any.
But don't grind the outside one too flat, or you will destroy their strength.
Just a slight bump is fine, you wont notice it when you put the sides on anyway.....Well I didn't.

hi andy , i´m TIG welding obout 90% of my chassis & the welds turn out realy nice & flat , i´m also using the MIG welder for some parts & to get a strong & flat weld i just use the grinder to make a little groov in the joint & then weld hot! the welds turn out flat but also strong . hope this helps
