Yup. Mine was bolted to the off side inner wing. Not to the dizzy.
As I said earlier, to me the 1800 and 2.0 dizzy looked identical. Inside and out... Not a great pic, but it's just below the headertank outlet So you can imagine the length of the original wires I was dealing with...
