Default mounting seat runners

I've just bought these seats and runners from KPD. The frame seems to be made from 19mm tube and covered with leatherette. Can anyone tell me the best way to mount the runners on to the seat and what kind of fasteners I would use. Photos attached to give you an idea.
Many Thanks
