Default Air filter wanted

Hi all,

just had another session on the RR to sort out my fuelling.

All ok with air box (home made) off, stick it on and it runs like a bag of S**t.
Too restrictive is the concensus.

So as anyone got one of those foam domed air filter jobbies hanging around they might want to pass on?? Pipercross would be nice

Default

Its always seems to have the same effect when someone makes there own airbox, no matter how well made

I tried to get a pipercross sausage filter cheap everywhere but in the end had to pay full price from rally design

You only need to buy it once though and it will be used on your zetec too

If you do get hold a second hand one make sure it has enough clearance between the inside of the filter and the mouth of the trumpet, cant remember the dimension its on rally design website
