Default Sierra Drum to Disc Conversion Brackets.

After a break of what seems years (Could well be) I’m starting to work on my car again,

I remember 3GE used to sell brackets to convert drums to discs, Did anyone fill the void that they left and take up selling these brackets, or are there CAD drawings available which I can use to make a set for myself. I have had a search but found nothing.

Many Thank's.

flyerncle, which discs and calipers are you using? I am going to use Sierra (rear) calipers and Fiesta discs. Will your bracket work with that setup??
