Just want to thank Ed and Emma for their good service

I made an order for a set of wide seats about a week after this offer was announced, when i spoke to Ed i asked if i could have them before chritmas as they are a present from my parents, he said they would try their very best but couldnt guarantee it as they had lots of orders

My brother has just turned up at my house with the seats saying that Ed & Emma personally delivered them to my parents house to make sure i got them before christmas

They look superb too no imperfections anywhere

If only all companies took this pride in their customer service, a 500 mile round trip in this weather the day before christmas eve is dedication to your work

By the way Ed/Emma after a plug like that you can send my free padding set as soon as you get them sorted

Thanks again
