Bloody mega squirt

I'm a little out of my depth with it all now so here goes.....

I managed to get the engine to idle at around 1400 rpm with the idle air control setting to b&g on/off but have no throttle response whatsoever!

If I turn the idle air control on to pwm - warmup only it won't idle but I can get it to run on the throttle have changed the req fuel etc but I doesn't seem to make a difference I'm totally lost!
