4a 8 e25 0518? thats the code on the tag

i can,t seem to locate the ratio from that code, not even sure its a Ford code as the only numbers that "might" be relevant are 364 but without further info can,t give more confirmed answer to your question. sorry i can,t help.

Looks from the code that it is a 3.64 which i think is a 7 1/2" diff
85GG is a ford code but the only real way is to find the diff tag or open up the diff, the diff ratios are written on the crown wheel edge

Default Sierra Diff

Hi,
A friendly man at the local ford dealer let me use his microfiche machine and I've managed to get all the part numbers, FINIS numbers, exploded diagrams etc for Sierra, Granada and Scorpios. I'm putting together everything I've found at www.super7thheaven.co.uk
