Golf calipers

Hi I have bought some mk4 golf rear calipers instead of the sierra ones.
Just wondering if anyone else went down this route and also what rear hoses they used?

Read you can use mk2 to mk4 golf rear caliper conversion hoses, but looking at some pics they are very short, for most of the brake line on the back of golf is in hard line along the beam arm.
