Default 2.0 zetec and ST170 inlet maniflod

Hi all, been reading this: http://www.sportingfords.com/forums/...p?f=16&p=19574
Not sure if its been posted before, was an interesting read, I am thinking of doing it since I decided to ditch the I4 2.0 and fit the Zetec I had in the corner of my garage.
If anyone needs a 2.0 DOHC with ecm and wiring, I have one for sale.

Cheers

Shaun

Good guide that. I would add that the ST manifold is oval and made of plastic where it meets the TB's... get a heat gun and jubilee clip of the right size to go round the inlet and heat it up using the clip to get the outside round. When its cool you can get the dremel and open up the inside to match the TB's.

I've also seen a dude heat the runners and pull them in to match the TB's so no spacing is needed but I wasn't brave enough to put that much heat into them!
