Default 2L Pinto Engine Mounts Dilemma

My dilemma is this,
I was going to use original Pinto mounting arms (brackets), but the rubber mount had perished and i have thrown them out. I have since found out they are exspensive to buy new ones.

Do i buy new ones, unless someone has a good pair of old ones they want to sell me or make up new mounts using the Landrover rubbers.

I'm sure I have some that you 're welcome to - not sure what postage would be though.

i do have one spare rubber mount - my other one perished to, then found they where expensive so used land rover mounts and remade brackets.

Land Rover mounts are stiffer to.

not telling you how to suck eggs have you checkd the clearance of the steering arm as it fouls with book spec mounts and is a bugger to avoid.

Spud do you think you could take a picture of your brackets, as my brother inlaw has just given me two new Land Rover rubber mounts.

Thanks
Terry
