Default 14" wheels for hillclimbing/trackday

i keep getting stuck on this so i need to find a solution

i run a 15" set of alloys for road driving (195/50r15) but i need to run a diffrent size set for sprints and hillclimbs a smaller set is what i need to reduce my overall gearing more (already on 3.9 diff)

13" rims would be ideal as loads of race tyres are about in 13"s but this is a no no with rear upright dimentions

so 14" low pro race tyres are availble but rims need to be steel to clear, this is no issue as steels are cheap and plentyful

my question whats has 14" steel rims at least around 6.5j wide with 108x4pcd to fit a ford hub and have an offset a bit more central than the sierra ones

ford or pegeot wheels spring to mind but could anyone point me to a good model to find somthing?

i did have wellers in mind but thease are rare and expensive secondhand now?
