NICE IDEAS END UP IN THE BIN!!!!!

1.8 zetec flywheel is the way to go. Has the reluctor ring in the back and the VR sensor sits in the block reading the 36-1.

im def planing on going down the megasquirt route when i go zetec im not sure if just to fit my 1.8 cvh and then change over to a zetec post iva or fit a zetec as i build it up and not mess around

im finding it real tempting just to buy a brand new crate motor i have seen meny 1.8 blacktops for around £400 and 2l for £600 complete with manifolds injectors coil pack etc. etc. BARGIN

when you add it up buy and used motor then bits to make it work and new cam belt, water pumps and possible even a rebuild its better value and higher resale just to fit a new motor

thats my take on it anyway
