most bike carbs are pretty similar and made by either of the two big manufactures.
They should be fine as long as they are in good nick. Note megajolt requires a tps or manifold pressure sensor so generally people find carbs with a tps built in. my cvh in running on zx6r carbs

I have been doing a little more research on these carbs and the bike they come from does not use a fuel pump to deliver the fuel, the fuel is gravity feed from the tank. Am i going to have a problem if i fit a bike pump to deliver the fuel instead of gravity feed?
Was looking for a set of zx6r carbs but they seem to be a bit pricey on ebay. I got these carbs for free so would like to try and use them if i can. Why do people tend to fit carbs with a tps? From the research i have done they both seem to be as equally good as each other Last edited by tigmatt : 20th April 2012 at 02:12 PM. |

It is easier to connect the 3 wires to the TPS than connect into each runner, then a reservoir to get MAP to work well.

as long as the fuel pump delivers the right pressure I'm sure they will be fine.
