Default Chassis plates inc pedals and wing stays

So.
I have downloaded the CAD file from another thread on the forum and now I'm trying to collate all I actually need so I can send to some companies for quotes. I am wanting all chassis plates, all parts for the pedals and wing stays, want to get them all at the same time as to try and reduce the cost. I have attached a spreadsheet of what I think I need so if anyone can take a look and let me know if I'm missing anything or I have something that I don't need that would be fantastic. My build is an MX5 using the usual donor parts, planning on full GRP bodywork (VMAX). I have, when it arrives, a talon TMXR flat pack and will be getting the TMXR wishbones. I will also use talons diff cover and the TMXR diff mount.
I have separated all the CAD parts as that's how a couple of companies wanted it, I assume so they can arrange themselves, and all I need to tell them is how many and how thick.

Hope yo can all access it as its hosted on my onedrive

Thanks in advance to all you knowledgable lot

Hi good luck with the build
Have a look at my thread on one of of the more recent posts there are plans for an upgraded pedal box so some of the plates may be different
Also i heard the book wing stays are rubbish so might be better upping the thickness or look at other options
Also im not sure which ones are the engine mount plates but I've read its better to make them of 5mm
Steve

Thanks Steve, I found your pedal box and will have a look at them tomorrow, I did come across this before but looking on my phone, your google drive link looked empty, on the laptop its there so happy days. may do some more research on the wing stays if the book ones are pants, and I left out the engine mounts as I assumed they would be spacific to the siera, I have seen plans for the MX5 mounts somewhere on here anyway. As for making them myself I would give it a go but I think the saving would be quite small as im getting them done together and be sides I want to get it rolling by the summer holidays as I will have plenty of time to fettle then.

Will beef the wing stays to 5mm aswell as the engine mounts. I have a tread in announcements: https://haynes.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=13849 with a couple of pictures, mainly of the donors destruction, will start a proper build thread once my flat pack arrives from Phil.

I have completed my list with all individual DWG files. On the spreadsheet I posted in my first post, it now has all the plate descriptions except CP24, I have no idea but I'm sure it will come clear.

I have sent this off the 3 laser cutters for quotes and was wondering if anyone has any idea what a good price would be, I have priced up buying it all separately so I don't expect it to be anywhere near that price but what should a good price be and can anyone recommend a good/cheap laser cutter?

Cp24 does have its place but you wont find it by looking in the book

If you look on the base rails where the front bottom wishbone brackets go that should make a bit more sense
