Hey guys,

Found this in a pile of stuff that may be of some use to someone.

Its a Transit tie rod/drag link off a Ford Transit 1985-1992 Tie Rod End,
The Quintinn Hazel number is QR 2392S,
LH thread, Cone Size: 16,2 mm, Outer Thread [mm]: M20X1,5

Not sure if this is the one required for the roadster?

I believe the roadster uses right-handed versions on both ends.

Red face maxi ball joints

Hi everyone I wanted to know if someone could help me I'm in south africa and its very hard to find a austin maxi ball joint and cause I have no dimensions of it so I was told on this forum that I should take a look at the mini cooper lower ball joints and the dimensions look the same only thing though is that I won't use a 19 mm taperd reamer ill have to use a smaller one so I wanted to find out if that will be ok to use as an alternative or does anyone have a better idea .thanks

Default ball joint

I'm not sure about the sierra hubs but i'm using scorpio hubs and a 16 mm non tapered ball joint from a peugeot 306 that just bolts in like the original.

As i say, i don't know if this helps but her is the link to the ball joints i fitted.
