Try resizing your picture so it is only takes up about 100kb (if I use Ulead Photo Express and alter the size to a 7x5", that's about right). Then save it to your desktop as a JPEG.
Then when you want to attach a picture to your post, find the paper clip symbol, click it (you will need to allow pop ups) and do this:
"Browse" for your picture
"Open" your picture
"Upload" your picture
"Close this window"
"Submit reply"

Any easier?

ahhh thats where my prob is, the size of the photo & poss setup my pc to block popups, i,ll have play about & see what i can do.
just posted a photo ^^^^^^ 2 posts above of my rear end

Ahhhhhhhhh ..... I think I can now see how that metod works
