Try resizing your picture so it is only takes up about 100kb (if I use Ulead Photo Express and alter the size to a 7x5", that's about right). Then save it to your desktop as a JPEG.
Then when you want to attach a picture to your post, find the paper clip symbol, click it (you will need to allow pop ups) and do this: "Browse" for your picture "Open" your picture "Upload" your picture "Close this window" "Submit reply" Any easier?
