Default Front Wings

How do I fit the front wing to the wingstay? The issue is that the wing is curved across its width and I'm having trouble trying to fix it without flattening it out. Also what kind of height should the wing be above the tyre?

I just put a slight curve in the wingstay to match the cycle wing only needed a few taps

Then attached it using m6 button headed bolts, the allen key ones. Then paint the heads to match the colour of the wings and you hardly see them

I left about 25mm clearance between the wingstay and the cycle wing

Some people just stick them on with pu adhesive but i have heard a few people had them come off when at speed!

I also beefed up the wingstay from where the the round tube is welded to the 3mm strip to where it gets bent at 90degrees to go over the tyre

I welded in some extra material to stiffen the full thing up as when driving over bumps they were flapping up and down a little too much. With the extra material in there they are rock solid.
