Exclamation What colour?

This is a biggie,
I have no idea what colour my roadster should be my wife says red but not too sure. What colours did you guys originally choose before making your choice?
It changes from day to day at the moment., because there are 5 of us building the same car we all want something different.

I avoid gelcoats like the plague. Not only do the fade, but over time develops cracks (in sunlight) due to trapped styrene in the gel. Make my living doing GRP boat repairs and see this daily.

Personally, my car have bare ally sidepanels and rear tub - all the rest red (rossa corsa) epoxy urethane paint. This was my colour of choice before the build started and still is at 80% complete....

Edit: silly me forgetting your question - all bright colours should be great but grey metallic is also very nice

Metallic purple then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's what I'm looking at. Purple scuttle, bonnet and nose, ally side panels and rear tub and black wings/arches
