Default Transmission Tunnel panels

Do you fit these on the inside (cockpit side) or the outside (prop side)?

The reason I ask is I am building a transmission tunnel for a mt75 box and I think my size 11 feet are gonna struggle with the lack of space for the pedals?

I assumed that the panels went on the inside, but looking at pics of slim's roadster it has the panels on the outside.

Panels go cockpit side.

Thinking about it though
, don't suppose it matters if they went prop side

I dont see why you cant put them prop side to make more room the steel one at the front on the drivers side is there already
I thought about doing it where the seats are too to give a little more room havent put them in yet but i cant see why not.
Its your car do it the way that makes you happy
