Default IVA Question Adjustable Headrests?

I've got it into my head that you need adjustable headrests for the new IVA test! Is this nonsense?

There is no requirement for adjustable headrests in the IVA. Otherwise all the cars with fibreglass seats would fail!

If memory serves me right someone had to fit tubes to their seats to stop them going down to pass IVA.
